Every Feared Minds product is made to order, created specifically for you once your purchase is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Please review sizing and product details carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.

To resolve the issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Once approved, we will send a replacement.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size was selected.

We strongly recommend checking the size guide before purchasing.

Orders move into production quickly.

If you need to make a change or cancel, contact us immediately after purchase.

We cannot guarantee adjustments once production has started.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact the courier first.

If you still need help, email us and we’ll assist where possible.

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process it.
